Owen is a senior from San Luis Obispo, California majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations and minoring in Law and Society and Inequality Studies with a Health Equity focus. His legal interests are primarily in employment law and M&As. On campus, he is the Director of Culture & Outreach for Social Business Consulting, a member of the Cornell University Parole Initiative, and works at the Herbert F Johnson Museum. His past professional experiences include working at DLA Piper as an intern for their talent acquisition team, working as an intern for Latham & Watkins LLP researching applications of Artificial Intelligence in diversifying the legal field, and being a High Road Fellow where he researched improving the accessibility of public transportation in Buffalo for the Western New York Law Center. In his free time, Owen enjoys reading creative nonfiction, trying new dinner spots with his little Evelyn, and making anything with matcha in it.
